Islamabad: Condemning the Indian army’s recent crackdown on terrorists in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan’s civil and military leadership (NSC) on 4 April 2018 decided to launch a diplomatic offensive at the international level against India for its brutal use of force against innocent Kashmiris.
National Security Committee (NSC) meeting:-
The decision was taken at National Security Committee (NSC) meeting – which is the highest decision-making forum on issues of national security and foreign policy. This is in wake of Indian security forces clashing with protesters and alleged militants on Sunday in Shopian district.
Indian Action on militants.
At least 20 people, including 13 suspected militants, were killed in gun battle in the worst incident of violence in the district. Indian security forces also wounded about 70 people when hundreds of protestors tried to prevent them from carrying out operations against suspected militants. The protesters hurled stones at security forces and security forces had to take actions on the same. The NSC seems to have discussed the developments in India in the last fortnight.
Presiding over the NSC meeting Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi which was attended by Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif, Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Adviser to PM Miftah Ismail, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Gen Zubair Mahmood Hayat, Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan. Inter-Services Intelligence chief Lt Gen Naveed Mukhtar, National Security Adviser Lt Gen (retd) Nasser Khan Janjua and senior civil and military officials were also present at the NSC, according to an official handout issued by the Prime Minister Office. It may be noted that in NSC of a democratically elected civilian government had more military strength than their counterparts. It seems issues discussed was more than what meets the eye.
“The continued inhuman and incessant use of pellet guns against innocent protestors and funeral processions by occupation force has once again resulted in injuries to hundreds of Kashmiris and blinding of scores of Kashmiris,” the NSC statement said.
However, even the pro-Pakistan leaders have not given any statement supporting this claim by NSC. Within this week Indian security forces lost few soldiers and even Kashmiri civilians to stone pelters. The stone pelting thus cannot be treated as a uprising as its killing even Kashmiri people.
The committee decided to raise the issue of unprecedented Indian brutalities at both bilateral and multilateral forums. It also reviewed the broader regional situation and expressed satisfaction over the role that Pakistan continues to play for peace and stability.
Indian Diplomats fully prepared against NSC
It may be noted that the Indians diplomatic circle is already prepared for this move by Pakistan. As in case of Afridi-gate where the entire twitter activity came once for all and there was a bit embarrassing for the Pakistani cricketer. Indians, on the other hand, were neither restricting nor protective about anything in particular.
They have already clearly earmarked how ISI had asked Afridi to increase his credibility in Indian Public and then play up the Kashmir issue. In the past, ISI used to pull it off almost in a textbook fashion but not this time. Indians have clearly outwitted the ISI PsyOps section hands down. The recent blocking of twitter handles used for propaganda by Twitter itself is an example, after a complaint raised by the Indians. As per our freelance journalist, Indian agencies are fully prepared for the incoming general election season in Pakistan. They expect that such polarising events with disruptions will be on the rise in Kashmir and elsewhere in India, during this period. India will also be going through its election process in 2019.
Kashmir is an integral part of India and will remain so always. Kashmir is the pious land where my forefathers were born. I hope @SAfridiOfficial bhai asks Pakistan Army to stop terrorism and proxy war in our Kashmir. We want peace, not bloodshed and violence. 🙏

Embarrassment in UN by Diplomatic Blunders
It would be better if the Pakistani diplomatic circle does not create the same kind of embarrassment for Pakistan as done by Ms. Maleeha Lodi in Sept 2017. Pakistani diplomatic circle had been doing bad PR exercises in the past, with the advancement of technology such irresponsible acts cannot go unnoticed. These falsified acts were identified by Indians within six hours. The present Afridigate was a long drawn affair planned meticulously but it has resulted in an embarrassing situation for Afridi. He has already come out as a Pakistan Army sympathizer and wants to gain lost image in India. He is going to lose cricket career.
So as expected @OfficialDGISPR & ISI have fooled @SAfridiOfficial in endorsing their views least realizing that it will leave a permanent blot on cricketer's image which will certainly jeopardize his family & future. @sachin_rt @imVkohli @GautamGambhir @TheRealPCB @ICC @pid_gov pic.twitter.com/lfoS5UH4Wl
