Gen Raheel Sharif, Pakistani Commander Of Saudi-Led Anti-Yemen Coalition Resigns

According to Reliable Pak Media Sources, Raheel Sharif, Former army chief, Pak appointed to head the Saudi-led military coalition against Yemen has resigned from the post and planning to return home. As per the report, Raheel Sharif was dissatisfied with the US strong influence on Saudi Arabia and came to conclusion that the coalition cannot move in the direction he had planned. Further media reported that Riyadh was attempting to limit Sharif’s role , but the Pakistani General could not accept such a situation and has tendered his resignation. However, the resignation is yet to be accepted by the King and official declaration is likely to take some time
